The Office of Public Affairs (OPA) serves as the Agency's designated communications strategist and public face, providing direct access to information about the Agency's operations and activities, including the Director's strategic priorities and policies, key initiatives, and legal mandates.  OPA delivers strategic guidance to the Agency Executive Team (AET) on all media relations, crisis communications, and public records inquiries.
